We had dabbled in real estate for a number of years, but we really got serious about real estate investing in 2004. We attended a real estate seminar that over promised and under delivered, leaving us frustrated and confused. We’ve no doubt that something similar has happened to you. We understand, we’ve been there and it’s why we’re dedicated to making you successful in real estate investing. In December of 2004 we met and were mentored directly under the most successful investor in Florida. Under his direction, our net worth grew to over $1,950,000 in just 24 months. We continue working our plan of investing in real estate, to this day. Many “gurus” don’t do any deals or maybe only a deal or two in total – that’s not us we have invested in the past and continue to invest today.

Why Mentor?

So many people have asked us for advice. Many wanted us to joint venture with them to help them actually do the deals. They wanted someone who was closing successful deals in today’s market, not past history. We realized there was a need among new investors for great coaches with a strong mentorship program. What Makes Us Qualified to Mentor?

So, who have we studied under? Ron LeGrand, Dave Lindahl, Marshall Sylver, Kris Kirschner and George Miller... just to name a few. As a matter of fact, Ron LeGrand has asked us to mentor some of his students. Having worked with some of the best, we know what it takes to be successful. Frankly, our mentorship program is not the cheapest thing out there. But, you can take years, making lots of mistakes along the journey to success OR you can take the shortcut, taking advantage of our expertise and reach success much sooner. Like a college degree, our program is your edge; however, unlike a college degree it won’t cost you as much or take you as long. We’ve been on numerous stages, spoken to many large groups. Ron LeGrand has asked us to share how we made $120,000 on one deal alone. We've been asked to share how we sold houses in 10 days as well as how we got over $24,000 in FREE money to rehab one of our properties.

Kris Kirschner asked us to share how we used various staging and selling techniques to raise the price of a property by $40,000. What we’ve learned is that talking to the masses is simply that – talking to the audience. We have no desire to be on a stage convincing thousands of people to “by our products”. We wanted more, for ourselves and you. We want the satisfaction of helping you succeed. That kind of satisfaction can’t be achieved by standing on a stage; it takes a personal touch, a more one to one approach. By staying close to our Florida roots and working only with local investors, you know you’ll get that type of “one to one” attention. For us, it’s all about quality, not quantity.
